AD7401AYRWZ Description générale
The AD7401A is a high-performance, second-order sigma-delta modulator designed to accurately convert analog input signals into a high-speed, 1-bit data stream. It features on-chip digital isolation utilizing Analog Devices, Inc.'s iCoupler® technology, ensuring reliable data transmission. With a voltage supply of 5V, the AD7401A can accept a pseudo-differential input signal of ±250mV (±320mV full scale), eliminating the need for external sample-and-hold circuitry. The modulator continuously samples the analog input, resulting in a data stream with a density of ones and a data rate of up to 20MHz. To reconstruct the original information, an appropriate digital filter can be utilized. Additionally, the serial I/O can be powered by either a 5V or 3.3V supply (VDD2), offering flexibility in system design and implementation
