AD7401YRWZ Description générale
Featuring second-order sigma-delta modulation, the AD7401YRWZ is a cutting-edge converter with on-chip digital isolation based on Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology. This advanced technology enables the device to operate from a 5 V power supply and process a differential input signal of ±200 mV (±320 mV full scale) without the need for external sample-and-hold circuitry. The output data stream, with a density of ones and a data rate of up to 20 MHz, contains the original input information and can be reconstructed using a suitable digital filter. In addition, the serial input/output of the AD7401YRWZ supports both 5 V and 3 V supplies, offering flexibility for various system requirements
