The Microchip SAMS70Q21A-AN is a powerful flash microcontroller based on the ARM Cortex-M7 processor with FPU. Running at a clock speed of up to 300MHz and offering up to 2048 Kbytes of Flash, this device excels in advanced DSP capabilities. Its multiple communication interfaces, including HS USB Host and Device, HS SDCard/SDIO/MMC interface, USARTs, SPIs, and multiple TWIs, make it versatile in various applications. The SAMS70Q21A-AN also features dual 2Msps 12-bit ADCs with analog front end and 2Msps 12-bit DAC, providing high-quality analog features. With options available in 144-pin QFP and BGA packages, this device is well-supported by MPLAB X IDE and MPLAB Harmony for seamless development and prototyping. Note that while Revision A is currently available, new designs should use Revision B for prototypes and production
