BAV99-7-F Description générale
The BAV99-7-F is a dual series diode with a maximum repetitive reverse voltage (Vrrm) of 75V and a forward current (If(AV)) of 150mA. It features a low forward voltage (VF) of 1.25V and a fast reverse recovery time (trr) of 4ns. With a maximum forward surge current (Ifsm) of 2A and an operating temperature range of -65°C to +150°C, this diode is suitable for a wide range of applications
