CM1213A-02SR Description générale
Offering a compact footprint without compromising on performance, the CM1213A-02SR diode array is specially designed to meet the stringent ESD protection needs of modern electronic applications. Its unique architecture, featuring a pair of diodes in series for each ESD channel, ensures efficient redirection of ESD current pulses to the respective supply rails. Moreover, the inclusion of a Zener diode between the positive and negative supply rails enhances protection for the VCC rail while eliminating the necessity of a bypass capacitor.
