IR2125PBF Description générale
The IR2125PBF is a high side driver IC that offers a range of features to ensure safe and reliable operation in high voltage applications. With a floating channel designed for bootstrap operation, this IC is fully operational up to +500V and is tolerant to negative transient voltage.
