ISLA216P20IRZ Description générale
The ISLA216P20IRZ is a cutting-edge 16-bit analog-to-digital converter that boasts low power consumption and high performance capabilities. Thanks to Intersil's innovative FemtoCharge™ technology, this device is able to achieve impressive sampling rates of up to 250MSPS. What's more, this converter is part of a versatile family of A/Ds that are pin-compatible with options ranging from 12 to 16 bits and sample rates from 130MSPS to 500MSPS. With a serial peripheral interface (SPI) port, users have the ability to finely tune parameters such as gain and offset, offering a high level of configurability. The digital output data can be presented in either LVDS or CMOS formats, catering to a range of application needs. The ISLA216P package comes in a 72-contact QFN with an exposed paddle, making it easy to integrate into various systems. Operating at a 1.8V supply, this converter maintains optimal performance across a wide industrial temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
