The LT8620HMSE#PBF is a sophisticated synchronous step-down switching regulator that boasts a wide input voltage range of up to 65V while consuming only 2.5μA of quiescent current. Its compact design integrates top and bottom power switches along with essential circuitry to minimize external components, simplifying installation and enhancing efficiency. The regulator's low ripple Burst Mode operation ensures high efficiency even at low output currents, maintaining output ripple below 10mVP-P for smooth power delivery. Featuring a SYNC pin for external clock synchronization, internal compensation with peak current mode topology, and an EN/UV pin with an accurate 1V threshold, the LT8620 offers customizable settings for various applications. Additionally, the TR/SS pin allows for programming the output voltage ramp rate during start-up, while the PG flag provides real-time feedback on output voltage accuracy and fault conditions.
