SRDA3.3-6.TBT Description générale
The SRDA3.3-6.TBT is a diode specifically designed for automotive applications and is part of the SRDA3 Series product range. With a clamping voltage Vc Max of 15V and a breakdown voltage max of 6V, this diode operates at an operating voltage of 3.3V and has a power dissipation Pd of 500W.
