The TLE7368-3E is a highly advanced device designed to efficiently supply and monitor next generation 32-bit microcontroller families with voltage levels of 5V, 3.3V, or 1.3V. Its innovative design incorporates a Buck converter, linear regulators, and voltage followers to minimize power dissipation, making it ideal for high ambient temperature environments. The step-down converter delivers a pre-regulated voltage of 5.5V with a peak current capability of 2.5A, while the low drop linear post-regulators offer 5V and 3.3V with high accuracy and current capabilities of 800mA and 700mA respectively
