VIPER17LN Description générale
The VIPER17LN is a high-voltage power converter that integrates an 800V high voltage startup device, as well as a high-performance 700V power MOSFET. It is designed for low-power offline applications, such as adapters and chargers, and features a current-mode PWM controller with adjustable switching frequency up to 100 kHz. The VIPER17LN also includes an internal start-up circuit that can provide a clean power-up and power-down sequence, along with various protection features like overvoltage protection, overload and short-circuit protection, and thermal shutdown. With a wide input voltage range of 85V to 265V, the VIPER17LN offers a high level of performance and efficiency, making it an ideal solution for offline power supplies in various applications.
