The AD5252BRUZ1 is a highly versatile dual-channel, I2C, nonvolatile memory digitally controlled potentiometer that offers a total of 256 positions for precise electronic adjustment. Designed to function equivalently to traditional mechanical potentiometers, trimmers, and variable resistors, this device is perfect for a wide range of electronic applications. With its programmable features, users have the flexibility to choose from various modes of operation, such as read/write access in the RDAC and EEMEM registers, resistance increment/decrement, ±6 dB resistance scales, wiper setting readback, and additional EEMEM for storing custom information. This extra EEMEM can be used for saving memory data for other components, creating a look-up table, or storing system identification data
