The IRF7389TRPBF is a MOSFET (Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor) transistor designed for high-speed switching applications in power management circuits, motor control, and other industrial applications. This transistor is part of the HEXFET® technology platform, which offers high performance and reliability in a compact package.The IRF7389TRPBF features a low on-state resistance (RDS(on)) of 7.1 mΩ, which enables efficient power handling and reduces power losses in the circuit.
