LM5069MM-2/NOPB Description générale
Revolutionizing power supply management, the LM5069MM-2/NOPB positive hot swap controller is designed to intelligently control power supply connections during the insertion and removal of circuit cards from live system backplanes or other hot power sources. By incorporating in-rush current control, it effectively limits system voltage droop and transients, ensuring stable and reliable power supply operation. The LM5069 also features programmable current limit and power dissipation in the external series pass N-Channel MOSFET, ensuring safe operation within the Safe Operating Area (SOA). The POWER GOOD output promptly indicates when the output voltage is within 1.25V of the input voltage. Moreover, the LM5069 offers programmable input undervoltage and overvoltage lockout levels and hysteresis, as well as adjustable initial insertion delay time and fault detection time, providing the flexibility to meet specific application requirements. With a fault detection, the LM5069-1 latches off, while the LM5069-2 automatically restarts at a fixed duty cycle. Packaged in a 10-pin VSSOP package, the LM5069 offers a compact and efficient solution for seamless power supply control in a variety of systems
