TPS62150RGTT Description générale
The TPS62150RGTT also offers advanced functionality, including a soft-start pin for controlling the output-voltage start-up ramp, enabling standalone power supply operation or tracking configurations. Power sequencing is possible through the enable (EN) and open-drain power-good (PG) pins, adding flexibility to system designs. Additionally, the device features power-save mode, which automatically maintains high efficiency over the entire load range by drawing a quiescent current of about 17 µA from VIN. In shutdown mode, the device consumes less than 2 µA, ensuring minimal power consumption when not in use
