MMBD1504A Description générale
The MMBD1504A is a dual high-speed switching diode with a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 40 volts and a maximum forward continuous current of 200 mA. It consists of two diodes in a surface-mount SOT-23 package, making it suitable for various high-speed switching applications. The diode has a peak forward surge current of 2 A and a maximum forward voltage of 1 V at a forward current of 150 mA. It has a low reverse leakage current of 5 µA at a reverse voltage of 30 V and a total capacitance of 4 pF.
