The APT5010JLL Power MOS 8™ series redefines high speed, high voltage N-channel power transistors with its innovative design. Offering lower EMI characteristics and reduced cost compared to previous generations, these transistors are optimized for both hard and soft switching in high frequency applications above 500 W. Quiet switching with minimal loss is achieved through specific input and reverse transfer capacitance values, making the Power MOS 8™ devices inherently efficient, stable when connected in parallel, and cost-effective. If low loss and high voltage capabilities are what you seek, the Power MOS 7® family delivers by lowering RDS(ON) and Qg to address conduction and switching losses effectively. Additionally, the Power MOS V® series provides a solid trade-off between performance and cost, utilizing a low resistance aluminum metal gate structure for uniform high speed switching. Whether you prefer a MOSFET or FREDFET, both options with body diode choices are available in all voltage ratings to cater to your specific application needs
